Our sessions are 2 hours after which you should leave. However if we have space you may be able to stay longer, so please speak to a member of staff.
Customers who arrive late for the start of their play session may still be required to leave at their booked time, irrespective of the time they have had to play.
Please always check our opening times as you may have less than 2 hours to play if you book a later session.

Please do not arrive any earlier than your party start time and ensure your guests leave swiftly at the end of the party.
All children who will use the play equipment should be included in your numbers and will be charged for, excluding babies in arms.
A list of guests should be provided prior to the party, or all children and parents/guardians will be required to sign in on arrival.
COVID 19– If you or a member of your household has a positive Covid test or Covid symptoms you should follow Government guidance and NOT enter Tumble Town until your isolation period has ended or you are tested and instructed it is safe to do so.
In the event that a positive Covid case means that you have to cancel your party, we will do everything possible to transfer your party to a suitable date and time within the next 6 months. If this is possible, your deposit will also be tranferred and there will be no loss of funds.
In the event that a suitable date and time cannot be arranged, your deposit is non-refundable and therefore no refund would be given. If you have already paid for your party in full, the balance will be refunded to you via bacs transfer minus your deposit.
